Membership Information

Active membership is available to all Armstrongs and septs, Crosiers, Fairbairns, and Nixons, and their descendants regardless of name spelling. Associate non-voting membership which includes a subscription to The Armstrong Chronicles is available to any person who subscribes to the charitable, educational, historical, and cultural purposes of the Armstrong Clan Society.

The Armstrong Chronicles (ISSN 0898-1329) is the official publication of the Armstrong Clan Society.

The Armstrong Clan Society has been recognized as a Sec. 501(c) (3) non-profit organization exempt from US Federal Income Tax. All dues, subscriptions and donations are tax deductible. IRS#58-145-8138. Check with your tax advisor.

Lord Lyon, King of Arms, Recognizes an Honorable Company

On September 24, 1984 the Lord Lyon, King of Arms, granted warrant to the Lyon clerk to matriculate in the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland in the name of Armstrong Clan Society, Inc., "acting world-wide and in particular within the United States of America" to further the interests of the Armstrong family. Matriculated in the 8th day of February 1985 in the 110th page of the 62nd volume of the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland.
